Return Policy
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, without any damage to the packaging itself.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

Discounted (sale) items are excluded from returns and exchanges.
Note on Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional discounts or as clearance items unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are heavily discounted and are often offered as part of warehouse sales. We ask for your understanding.

Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Amount: The refund amount only includes the price of the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.
Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, depending on availability.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
